Why did my eStatements move?
Your First Advantage Bank eStatements have been merged with our online banking site; a single sign-on solution!

How do I access my new eStatements?
If you are not currently enrolled in online banking, you will need to enroll to access your eStatements. Click here to enroll.

  1. Log-in to your online banking account at  www.firstadvantagebanking.com
  2. Click on the account with the eStatement you would like to view
  3. From the account page, click on the ‘eStatements’ button and select the date of the eStatement that you would like to view

How do I access my old eStatements?

eStatements dated BEFORE December 11th will be available on the eStatement site (using your eStatement username and password).  The eStatement site will be available through July 1st, 2013.  We recommend that you download all of your old eStatements and save them before that date. Click here to access the old eStatement site.

 

You can also access the eStatement site from online banking under the ‘customer service’ tab labeled ‘eStatement Archives’.

How do I enroll an account in eStatements?

  1. Log-in to your online banking account at www.firstadvantagebanking.com
  2. Click on ‘Options’ in the upper right hand corner of your online banking account
  1. Scroll down to the ‘eStatement Enrollment’ box and click ‘edit’. Select the accounts that you would like to enroll in eStatements and confirm your email address.
  2. Select that you have read the ‘Electronic Statement Delivery Disclosure and Agreement’. (TIP: you must click to open the agreement before given the option to agree)
  3. Select ‘Accept’. Congratulations you have successfully completed your eStatement enrollment!
