JOHN MORSE NAMED SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS BANKING RELATIONSHIP MANAGER AT FIRST ADVANTAGE BANK

NASHVILLE – Less than a year after opening a location at 3100 West End Ave., First Advantage Bank continues to expand its local team and Nashville presence, adding John Morse as Senior Vice President and Business Banking Relationship Manager. Morse brings nearly 30 years of banking experience to the position, with an emphasis in commercial and industrial lending.

Morse was previously Senior Commercial Lending Officer at FirstBank, where he managed a $25 million commercial loan portfolio and was responsible for the bank’s statewide brokered lease portfolio. His career includes senior-level commercial lending positions with regional and national institutions. He is well-known in the Middle Tennessee area for his strong knowledge of commercial banking and is recognized as a community leader through his participation in local business and philanthropic groups.

Morse is a Franklin, Tenn. native and currently resides in Brentwood. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University. He is also a graduate of the Southeastern School of Commercial Lending, the National Commercial Lending School, and the Graduate School of Banking of the South.

His civic and professional involvements include the Rotary Club of Brentwood, the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, the Donelson/Hermitage Chamber of Commerce, and the Middle Tennessee State University Foundation and MBA Association.
