Skimmer found on bank atms in CLarksville
Clarksville police seek to identify suspects after skimmers found on bank ATMs
CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Clarksville police are seeking two suspects after card skimmers were found on multiple ATMs in Clarksville Saturday.
According to police, the first one was spotted at 9 a.m. at the First Advantage Bank on 2070 Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.
The credit card skimmer was fixed to the mouth of the ATM. When a bank employee reported the device to other branches, workers at the bank on 1929 Madison St. and 1800 Fort Campbell Blvd. also found skimmer devices on their machines.
A skimmer was also found at the F&M Bank on 1891 Madison Street.
Authorities have removed the devices from all the ATMs.
The suspects appear to be driving a silver Pontiac Montana with a fish symbol on the lower left corner of the back window.
